    Description


    The Nutrition Services Representative utilizes a thorough understanding of therapeutic diets and takes responsibility for following diet orders and tube feeding orders.

    This position is responsible for visiting all patients on the 'Appropriate with Assist' list, helping them choose appropriate foods within their therapeutic diet needs.

    In addition, this position is responsible for assembling and mixing all tube feeding orders.

    Lastly, this position oversees the completion of tasks and duties of the Call Center Associates and acts as a resource in the call center - answering calls, managing caller queue during call back periods, audits, problem solving and effectively communicating with staff and leaders.

    Performs other duties within the Nutrition Services Department as assigned.


    FTE:
    0.5; 20 hours per week

    Work Schedule:
    The work schedule is determined based off the business needs; Required to work every other weekend and every other holiday


    Hours during the weekday:
    4pm-8pm Hours during the weekend and holiday: 1130am-8pm

    Required Qualifications:
    Education: High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of nutrition or health care related education.

    OR 6 Months Regions call center experience and 1 year Post-Secondary Education Experience: 2 years customer service experience required

    Salary Rate:
