    Job DescriptionJob Description

    Coordinate and project manage initiatives for the IT Operations team. Responsible for end to end project and vendor management. Identifying and managing the project plan timelines and deliverables.

    Gather and prioritize tasks and projects, customer requirements, define the vision, and working closely with IT Operations and Operations to ensure goals are met.

    Ensure that the project supports the departments overall strategy and goals.

    The PM will perform a variety of tasks as well as lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of tasks, related tickets and projects

    Ensure that all elements are delivered on-time and within SLA timeframes

    Responsible to manage projects and tasks from concept to delivery

    Help define project scope, goals and deliverables

    Create schedule and project timelines, track deliverables

    Support and direct team within various segments of the organization

    Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

    Create and maintain comprehensive documentation

    Monitor and report on project progress; present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

    Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

    Evaluate and assess result of project

    Performs and participates in the analysis, design and implementation of business and systems processes and procedures following appropriate standards

    Continuously assess business operation needs; refine policy, procedures and documentation as needed

    Document business requirements and training materials – handle post-delivery validation

    Evaluate, assess and analyze the data necessary to provide solutions to the client's particular business/technical needs

    Work closely and in collaboration with teams in remote locations to support client's needs

    Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

    Perform other related duties as assigned


    Requirements:
    Project Management Experience required

    Experience in healthcare or pharmacy preferred; 340B industry a plus

    Ability to see the big picture and how the parts fit together

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally in matrix managed organization

    Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, required

    Visio and MS Project experience, preferred
