Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

• Proven experience in project management and electrical estimation/sales.
• Advanced communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problemsolving abilities.
• Mechanical inclination and technical understanding.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage electrical projects from initiation to completion.
• Estimate project costs and provide sales support for electrical services.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, company policies, and industry standards.

Educational/Certification Requirements:

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications in project management and electrical estimation/sales preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing/Walking for prolonged periods on work sites
• Proficient use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work at heights.
• Proficient use of technology and project management tools.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and project assessments.
• Clear vision for detailed tasks and safety.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
