ServiceNow Integration Specialist (f/m/d) in Slaterville Springs, NY

As a ServiceNow Integration Specialist in Slaterville Springs, NY, you will play a crucial role in our Customer Success organization.

Your main responsibility will be to guide our clients in utilizing our advanced technical capabilities for their success.

Working closely with the Customer Success Manager, you will represent our company's technical leadership and help incubate new capabilities for our product.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is driven to find the best technical solutions for our clients' business needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Act as a trusted advisor for all technical aspects of our platform, with a focus on enterpriseready integrations
Develop sustainable integrations for our clients, in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager, Product Management, and Professional Service team
Become an expert in our APIs and workflow capabilities
Ensure that our integrations are enterpriseready and provide support, monitoring, and operations for them
Maintain proactive and systematic communication with clients to ensure high customer retention

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Expert knowledge in a specific domain, such as ServiceNow
Demonstrated working knowledge of technologies like Java, JSON, XML, REST/SOAP, and integration solutions (API, ETL, ESB)
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture is a plus
Interest in new technologies and modern software development
