We, PTV Transport Consult GmbH, are currently conducting passenger surveys and counts on behalf of Tarifverbund Ortenau GmbH (TGO)
in trains and buses until December 2023.



What you can expect from us:

  • Counting passengers on TGO vehicles
  • Surveying passengers during their journey about their route and ticket
  • Collecting data using a smartphone provided by us
  • Uploading the collected data to our servers at the end of each shift
  • Regularly providing your availability so we can assign you a suitable shift

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Proficiency in using smartphones
  • Enjoyment of interacting with others
  • Friendly and openminded attitude towards passengers
  • Independent and conscientious work ethic
  • Wellgroomed and confident appearance
  • Reliability and punctuality

What we offer:

  • Quick and uncomplicated hiring process
  • Hourly wage of 14€
  • Payment for the entire shift, including breaks between trips
  • Individual scheduling within the TGO's timetable
  • Option for parttime
