    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performing supportive tasks in all personnelrelated matters
  • Assisting with codetermination management
  • Supporting HR projects, including coordinating meetings, creating necessary documents, and analyzing and preparing data
  • Taking on administrative tasks and maintaining data in SAP HCM
  • Creating and maintaining statistics, adhoc reports, and protocols

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced studies in economics, law, or social sciences
  • Strong interest in human resources
  • Previous practical experience in HR is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as a quick grasp and structured work style
