Responsibilities

  • Optimal planning, organization and execution of small to mediumsized construction projects
  • Leading and managing employees and teams
  • Optimizing and automating construction and maintenance processes
  • Operating excavators, wheel loaders and other machinery
  • Communicating with clients and architects
  • Playing a key role in the company's development
Qualifications

  • Apprenticeship or completed training in landscaping with sufficient work experience as a foreman / construction site manager
  • Driver's license class B (ideally class BE, III or C1) should be available
  • Basic knowledge in plant science and natural stone work
  • Strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for creative projects and construction sites
  • Teamwork and leadership skills in dealing with employees
  • Independent work style with initiative and solutionoriented approach
  • Sufficient knowledge of machinery for operating excavators, wheel loaders, etc.
  • Wellgroomed appearance and confident demeanor
  • Open, friendly attitude and enjoyment of work
