PK Property Services, LLC is looking for Clean Room and Terminal Cleaning Manager
This great position is a full time, 2nd shift Monday through Friday 8-hour a day and be able to work some weekends.
The Clean Room and Terminal Cleaning Manager's main responsibility is to manage in the daily operation of specific contract services delivered to customers in a timely and quality manner.
The duties of this job include but are not limited to:Overseeing day to day cleaning of customer accounts
Managing scheduled clean room cleaning including documentation and logging of events
Performance and management of daily terminal cleaning
Management of schedules and performance of employees on their team
Must have valid driver's license.
Must be flexible with the scheduled start time anywhere from 4pm and up (until work is done)

Qualifications:
Must have 2 years of terminal cleaning experience
Possess and maintain valid appropriate certifications and licenses, as stipulated by the customer facility
Ability to operate minor equipment
Be able to read and understand instructions associated with the equipment
Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
