Our firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney who is adept at handling a moderate caseload and familiar with all aspects of the litigation process, particularly drafting pleadings, motions, notices, and working toward a resolution.     Compensation:

    $150,000 - $300,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings
    • Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses
    • Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
    • Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts
    • Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws
    Qualifications:
    • Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills
    • Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations
    • Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
    • Bachelor's degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)
    • At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney
