This role will perform the following responsibilities:

  • Determine the viability of potential cases
  • Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression
  • Sell the Firm's strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign

Requirements:


  • Fully In-Office position (remote not available)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 1 year in the field
  • Strong knowledge of Employment & Labor Law
  • Licensed attorney in the State of California
  • Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close
  • Ability to be persuasive and a good listener
  • Strong familiarity with prelitigation and litigation processes

Pay:
$110,000 - $175,000 BOE
