Hybrid/remote workplace.Job responsibilities include:

Handling cases from inception to settlement/verdict;:
- Reviewing and analyzing personnel files and wage statements;
- Drafting complaints/arbitration demands;
- Propounding and responding to written discovery;
- Meeting and conferring on discovery;
- Drafting motions and oppositions;
- Defending and taking depositions;
- Attending court hearings;
- Preparing trial documents.
Pay:
$125, $200,000.00 per year
