- Tripplanning in scheduling software to include arranging catering, groundtransportation, and any special requests for passengers as needed
- Generating flight itineraries for managed clients and charterclients
- Flighttracking for all trips
- Verifying submitted post flight data in scheduling software
- Processing and assembling all trip information (itinerary, quote,invoice, expense reports, receipts, etc.) and submitting to accounting
- Entering new customer data, and other sales tracking datapertaining to customers, into scheduling software
- Communicatingwith all stakeholders including aircraft owners, pilots, maintenance personnel,and Flight Operations to ensure aircraft Owner's schedule is accommodated andenhance possibility of charter trips
- Ensuringthe satisfaction of all aircraft owners and charter clients through ongoingcommunication and quick response time to requests and/or complaints
- Developing and maintaining relationships with regular andprospective customers along with industry contacts
- Workclosely with charter department with processes from quoting stage to trip management
- Contacting regular and prospective customers to seek potentialopportunities
- Willingto attend industry events representing the company
- Providing on-call support from home on nights and weekends on arotational basis with other Client Services Staff
- Bachelor'sdegree in Sales, Marketing, or other related field preferred OR
- 4years of relevant work experience
- Previousprivate aviation experience preferred
- Customerservice focused with a professional attitude and appearance
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
- Excellentresearch and analytical skills
- Strongproblem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful attitude
- Strongorganizational and attention to detail skills
- Willingnessto listen and learn
- Abilityto think creatively and innovatively

- Proficientin Microsoft Office and standard website usage
- Previous experience with aviation scheduling software isa plus
