    American Workforce Grouphas partnered with a local wood pellet manufacturer that uses recycled products. They are located in Shelton, WA and looking to add some great employees to their team

    If you're a motivated, qualified individual we want you

    Description for Production:

    -Work in close proximity of machines that compress wood by-products generated from mill operations or like manufacturing processes

    -Record bales weights and keep records of daily activity per company standards

    -Requires ability to learn and preform standard setups, adjustments, routine maintenance and operating characteristics of all packaging equipment

    Details for Production:

    $17/HR

    Monday- Friday

    -3PM- 11:30PM

    Benefits after hire: Annual Bonus, Pellet Purchase program, 2 weeks PTO and 2 floating holidays, Full Benefits, medical, vision, dental, 401k plan w/100% match up to 5% of employee contributions w/ 100% immediate vesting

    Requirements for Production:

    Lift 50-75 lbs

    Stand, stoop, bend, pull

    Some background restrictions may apply

    Ability to pass drug test

    Be able to work in a fast paced environment
