Your Job**Georgia-Pacific is looking for safety-oriented individuals to join our team as
Production Associates in
Milford, NJ
**Salary
- $20.00 per hour

2 nd shift differential is $1.00 per hour / 3 rd shift differential is $1.00 per hour
You will have the ability to increase your compensation based on skills and contribution to the overall performance of the plant.
This role is eligible for our Performance Pay program that could offer up to a 6% quarterly bonus.

Shift

Currently hiring for 3 rd shift
This may include overtime, holidays, and weekends.
Orientation will be on 1 st shift (7am3pm), and you will be assigned your permanent shift after your orientation.
Milford operates on a point based attendance program.

**Shift Hours

1 st shift: Monday Friday 7am3pm; weekends and overtime as needed
2 nd shift: Monday Friday 3pm11pm; weekends and overtime as needed
3 rd shift: Monday Friday 11pm7am; weekends and overtime as needed

Our Team
We are located directly across the Delaware River from Riegelsville, PA, in a picturesque countryside.

We are just 20 minutes from Easton, PA; 20 minutes from Phillipsburg, NJ; 20 minutes from Quakertown, PA; 25 minutes from Bethlehem, PA; and 30 minutes from Doylestown, PA.

**What You Will Do

Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
Monitor and/or entry into computer control systems
Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production
Perform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area
Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
Operate and/or work around mobile equipment

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse
OR military environment
OR completion of post high school education in manufacturing/industrial

**What Will Put You Ahead

Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device
One (1) year or more experience working in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment

Other Considerations/Physical Requirements

Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment
Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, and industrial, highvolume environment

For this role, we anticipate paying $20.00 per hour.
