- Extensive experience in revenue operations (including working within ), finance, and SaaS business models.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

- Proven track record in optimizing revenue streams and improving financial performance.
- Ability to develop and implement revenue strategies that align with business objectives.
- You are based in Utah - While we are a hybrid work environment and support remote work, we also have collaborative team events where it is important to be able to have everyone in the office.
- Lead the revenue operations team, overseeing all revenue operations aspects of the business.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency.
- Manage revenue forecasting and planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in implementing financial systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Proven ability to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve financial performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop RevOps team members.
- Four-day work week (Monday - Thursday with occasional Friday's required)

As the Senior Manager/Director of Revenue Operations, you are a seasoned professional with a proven track record in finance and operations, particularly in the SaaS industry.
