The role involves providing leadership and excellent customer service while ensuring annual divisional initiatives are completed. The successful candidate will manage a team of office personnel, handle accounts payable and receivable, verify financial reports, and monitor compliance and risk management.

  • Manage Receptionist-Dispatcher, Job File Coordinator, and Accounting HR Administrator
  • Coordinate maintain company calendar franchise communication
  • Manage accounts payable accounts receivable cash management
+Qualifications:
  • 5+ year(s) of office accounting or customer service management experience
  • Solid organization planning capabilities strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated history ability growth managing an office environment
  • Pronunciation grammar tone voice at all times}
