    About the Role and Company:

    The Senior Manager, Client Services is a vital role within Wasserman's Experiential Team. This position involves overseeing the seamless delivery of agency projects, ensuring client satisfaction from inception to completion. As a key player, the Senior Manager, Client Services upholds the standard of timely, within-budget, and high-quality deliverables expected by Wasserman and its clientele.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of different components in large-scale projects to assist in account management on a daily basis
    • Lead the planning and execution of smaller projects with support from an account team and supervision from an account director
    • Cultivate client relationships, establish trust, and predict client requirements
    • Contribute to crafting activation concepts aligning with client needs, showcasing critical thinking and innovative approaches
    • Handle specific workflows while also overseeing entire projects
    • Collaborate with all Wasserman account teams to ensure flawless project execution within client objectives and budget
    • Ensure accurate project budgeting and meeting financial targets
    • Develop, oversee, and balance project budgets exceeding $500K
    • Create status sheets, project milestone documents, and enforce essential deliverable dates for each program's success
    • Grasp the business sector landscape of each client and understand the media context of their investments
    • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment in line with Wasserman's company culture and values
    • Offer troubleshooting and creative problem-solving throughout projects
    • Adhere to all project processes and procedures to maintain quality standards
    • Participate in conferences, tradeshows, etc. as needed to ensure top-tier programs from Wasserman and enhance offerings for premier clients
    • Uphold positive working relationships between departments and other Wasserman Experience team members
    Requirements
    •Bachelor's Degree minimum qualification
    •4-7 years of relevant event operations experience (preferably in the experiential, sports, or entertainment domain)
    •Proficiency in maintaining composure under pressure, handling multiple projects concurrently, and meeting deadlines
    •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    •Ability to navigate challenging issues and steer involved parties towards desired outcomes
    •Proactive in identifying and resolving emerging issues
    •Open-minded approach to exploring ideas thoroughly
    •Proficient in team collaboration
    •Capable of resolving minor challenges and knowing when to escalate
    •Driven and resolute with a focus on company growth
    •Inspire and lead team members, fostering positive morale
    •Multi-tasking ability, prioritizing workload, and proactive deadline management
    •Excel in fast-paced environments with a positive attitude
    •Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
    Benefits
    Base salary range: $60-90k with potential bonuses based on the role.

    The actual base salary varies based on factors such as market conditions, location, experience, specialized skills, level of responsibility, tenure at the company, etc. The provided salary range is just one part of the overall compensation package. Compensation decisions are role-specific.
