- Inform and confer with the CHRO regarding:
- Employee Relations issues
- J.E.D.I. efforts
- Survey responses
- Data Analytics
- Manage employee relations team
- Develop social media posts to support staff and the HR processes
- Manage and link the performance evaluation process and learning management systems
- First 90 days of onboarding for all employees
- Track all employee complaints and suggest remedies from policy changes to mediation or progressive discipline
- Manage all investigations
- Manage unemployment claims
- Back-up to other HR staff
- Carry out other appropriate and relevant tasks, as assigned by the CHRO

TITLE: Employee Experience Manager
REPORTS TO: Chief Human Resources Officer
RESPONSABILITIES: Lead and manage the employee experience during the entire employee life cycle.
MAJOR DUTIES
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors' Degree in related field
Five years' experience in related areas.
Bilingual Spanish/English
Good communication skills written and spoken
Mediation and Investigation experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
90% Remote Work
Must be able to commute between sites as needed
Must be able to sit and work from a phone and computer for most of the day
