What are we looking for?:


Technical Skills:

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Development:


  • Significant handson experience with AEM, including Components, Templates, Taxonomy, metadata management, Replication, Workflows, Content Publishing, Tagging, Deployment (Maven), and Content migration/planning.
-
Java Technologies:


  • Expertise in Java technologies including J2SE 1.7/1.8, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, and Tag libraries.
  • Mastery of "core Java technologies" used in Javacentric CMS/WCM platforms, including XML, XSL, XSLT, XSD, serverside programming models, and related frameworks.

AEM Capabilities:


  • Expertise in AEM capabilities such as OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache Oak, Adobe Dispatcher, multisite manager, Blueprinting, and Online marketing components (advanced targeting/personalization, multivariate testing).

Adobe Marketing Cloud Products:


  • Experience with Adobe marketing cloud products like Dynamic Tag Manager, Target, Analytics, AEM Forms, Adobe Communities, Campaign Manager, or Livefyre.

Quality Processes:


  • Implementation of Quality Processes for projects including Continuous Integration (Bamboo/Jenkins), SonarQube, Code reviews (Manual and Automated), code Formatters, and Automation testing.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 15 years) work experience.
  • Must have handled at least 23 large AEM implementations in AEM 6.x as a technical architect role.
  • 10+ years' experience and a strong understanding of Adobe marketing ecosystems, data architecture, integration, API management, and crossplatform activation.

Role Experience:


  • Proven experience as an AEM Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful Adobe implementations.

Soft Skills:


  • Excellent problemsolving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in English, as this role will interact regularly with stakeholders in the US and other Englishspeaking countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and Develop Solutions:


  • Design solutions for highly scalable and highly available systems.
  • Provide architecture services for integrated and highperforming Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.
  • Translate complex functional, technical, and business requirements into architectural designs using industry best practices.
  • Consider both business and technical audiences when creating solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings to explain the solution approach.

Oversight and Guidance:


  • Provide oversight, planning, and technical guidance to ensure successful delivery of AEMbased projects.
  • Work in a fastpaced Agile Scrum delivery team environment.
  • Perform design, development, administration, and troubleshooting in AEM.

E-commerce Web Application Development:


  • Make recommendations based on the company's needs.

Project Planning and Estimations:


  • Lead and participate in planning and estimations of Adobe projects across all tracks, including frontend, middleware, backend, environment setup, and planning.
