    As a Full-Time Customer Service & Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in connecting with potential customer accounts, educating them on product inquiries, and showcasing the added benefits of our services. We prioritize the growth and development of our team members, offering ongoing training and support to help you succeed and advance within our organization.

    Full-Time Customer Service & Sales AssociateResponsibilities:

    • Implement engagement strategies to connect with potential customer accounts and communicate product benefits effectively.
    • Develop expertise in our products to deliver consistent and exceptional customer service.
    • Utilize negotiation skills to address inquiries and overcome objections, maximizing sales opportunities.
    • Actively participate in ongoing training and development initiatives alongside fellow entry-level team members.
    • Embrace additional professional tasks and challenges with enthusiasm and a proactive mindset.

    Full-Time Customer Service & Sales Associate Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related field preferred.
    • Strong communication skills and effective negotiation tactics.
    • Excellent time management abilities and adaptability in various situations.
    • Dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive and approachable demeanor.
