    Training Coordinator - Chicago, United States - US Tech Solutions

    Pay Rate:
    $16-17/hr

    Work Schedule:
    Monday-Friday.

    8:00 am 5:00 pm (flexible). Potential Overtime might be mandatory at times. Notice will be provided.


    Purpose:
    Act as central point of contact for employees incoordinating and supportingthe completion ofEHS training programrequirements

    Responsibilities:
    Scheduling classes and updates ,entering courses .LMS admin , not content development.

    Work with cross functional Training Coordinators (Operations, R&D, Commercial and HQ) andtraining systems such as ComplianceWire , survey their training course needs to determine what instructor led and online training courses are needed, how many training sessions need to be scheduled, frequency of training sessions, when participants are expected to come due for training.

    Work with both internal instructors and external training providers to schedule conference rooms, virtual sessions, and publishing the courses in theLearning Registration system .Conduct ongoing attendance monitoringof instructor led training programs to determine when specific training sessions need to be adjusted due to lack of or high attendance and complete the training adjustments.

    In some cases, may need to work with External Training Providers to schedule additional classes.
    Enter training attendanceinto respectivelearning management systemsand post attendance sheets for others to access records as necessary.
    Track and process charge backs of training attendance coststo the respective department and provide data to Finance monthly. For EHS training curriculum used enterprise-wide
    • With input from the training course SME, update the Computer Based training curriculum slide decks as well as upload it within the EHS Training Platforms and ensure proper linkage toComplianceWire.
    Provide slide decks to R&D and Commercial as appropriate. The computer-based training programs support EHS related training enterprise wide.
    Maintain and revise Corporate Records retention schedule s for department training records, training modules, and employee files. Assist with the development of training materials. Generatetraining reportsto maintain and demonstrate compliance. Prepare and participate in both internal and external training/complianceaudits . Compile and presenttraining compliance metrics . Learn and support various tasks withinDocument Management System and Learning Management System.


    Required qualifications :
    High School diploma or GEDequivalent is required.
    LMS coordination . Any learning management systems.
    Customerserviceexperience. Word documents, Excel, PowerPoint. Must be well organized and have attention to detail.


    Preferred qualifications:
    3+ years of experience in LMS system .SharePointknowledge.
    Scheduling classes, and updates in Outlook. Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree. Experience working in an environment regulated by FDA compliance and required documentation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
