    Als Bildungs-Marketing Manager (m/w/d) bist Du hauptsächlich verantwortlich für sämtliche Kanäle und den performanceorientierten Roll-Out, um mit uns unserer Schul-Produkte noch erfolgreicher zu gestalten.
    Deine Aufgaben:
    Verantwortung der Media Aktivitäten (Display, Social, SEA, Mediakooperationen)
    Verantwortung und Pflege unserer Webseite: Selbstständige Integration neuer und überarbeiteter Inhalte in WordPress, Testing von Landingpages etc.
    Konzeption, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Strategien für On- und Offpage SEO Maßnahmen für Google
    Mitentwicklung und Umsetzung einer Content & Social Media Strategie für die Marke Brockhaus in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Produktteam
    Aufbau und Betreuung unserer Social Media Kanäle
    Planung und Erstellung von Content für alle Kanäle
    Erstellung und Versand von Newslettern und E-Mailings
    Briefing und Steuerung externer Partner und Agenturen
    Erfolgskontrolle und -messung
    Das bringst du mit
    Erfahrung mit den Zielgruppen Schulen, Lehrkräfte und Bildung
    Ein abgeschlossenes Lehramtsstudium oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt BWL/Marketing, Onlinemarketing oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
    Erste Erfahrungen im Marketing, der digitalen Mediaplanung und SEO
    Begeisterung für die Konzeption und den Aufbau von Social Media Channels
    Versiert im Umgang mit gängigen Online Tools (z.B. Hubspot, WordPress, Stripe, Optimizely, Facebook ad manager)
    Freude und Talent im Verfassen und Veröffentlichen von eigenen Texten
    Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Kreativität und Leidenschaft in Einklang mit einer strukturierten und zielorientierten Arbeitsweise
    Kenntnisse in Gestaltung und idealerweise Adobe Creative Cloud
    Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
