- Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Math/Actuarial Science or related field (Statistics), or a Bachelor's degree and experience analyzing and interpreting quantitative data to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on that data
- Five years property casualty insurance experience or related experience (analytical work in a professional setting)
- Industry experience with demonstrated track record of business decision-making and proven leadership
- In-depth knowledge of policies and systems to solve business problems
- Superior problem-solving, quantitative and analytical skills with proven ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to analyze, develop, and manage strategies to penetrate competitor markets
- Strong influencing/persuasion skills used to gain support and commitment from othersand motivated to proactively seek out and own opportunities and manage relationships
- $109,300 - $174,800/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 40% - 50% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
