    F45 is hiring a Director of PR and Communications!

    We are on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Director of PR and Communications to be part of our expanding team. As the Director at F45 Training, you will lead strategic PR and communication efforts to boost our reputation, engage our audience, and align with our business goals. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the story of F45 Brands and solidifying our presence in the fitness industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a cohesive PR and communication strategy
    • Secure media coverage and collaborate with PR agencies
    • Create consistent brand messaging across all channels
    • Oversee content creation showcasing F45 Brands' expertise
    • Manage crisis communication and risk mitigation
    • Lead F45 Athletes and Ambassadors team
    • Collaborate with direct reports and oversee PR initiatives
    • Spearhead internal communications
    • Analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly
    • Effectively manage the PR and communications budget

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field (Master's preferred)
    • 5+ years experience in senior PR role, preferably in fitness or wellness
    • Proven media relations skills
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication
    • Experience in crisis management is a bonus
    • Strategic thinker with leadership capabilities
    • Ability to generate innovative ideas
    • Collaborative and team-oriented
