Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse, Supervisor serves as a leader responsible for administering, planning and coordinating all nursing functions to ensure compliance to Sansum Clinic's standards of practice and the accomplishment of established objectives. Responsible for the achievement of patient outcomes through implementation of critical pathways. They supervise all functions related to the daily nursing operations of assigned departments. Supervises and delegates staff work assignments. They will also assess the learning needs of the clinical staff, coordinate educational programs with the clinical director, and assist in training staff appropriately. Develops patient education as necessary.
