Personnel Administration:

You are responsible for the smooth handling of all administrative HR processes for a defined group of employees.
Maintenance of personnel files and databases.
Preparation of employment contracts and other HRrelated documents.
Organization of training and development programs for employees.

Payroll:

You ensure accurate preparation of our salary and performance calculations in collaboration with an external payroll service provider.
Management of payroll data.
You act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll.

Legal:

You support compliance with all legal regulations in the HR field.
Participation in the development of HR policies and procedures.
Consultation with management on labor law issues.

Recruiting:

You actively support the recruitment of new employees, including posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, and preselecting suitable candidates.
Conducting and coordinating interviews and assessment centers.

Employer Branding:

You contribute to the development and implementation of an attractive employer brand.
Development of strategies for employee engagement and development.
Support in organizing team events and activities to promote team cohesion.
