Job Description:

Processing and handling of orders in the Homecare sector
Creation and submission of cost estimates for medical aids such as continence aids, specialized nutrition
Processing of approvals and close communication with customers, health insurance companies, and external service providers
Invoicing of services with cost carriers
Purchasing of goods from selected cooperation partners
Maintenance of master data, controlling, and evaluation of statistics

Personal Requirements:

Completed commercial training, ideally in the healthcare sector
Professional experience in order processing in the healthcare industry
Experience in creating cost and performance statements
Proficient in MS Office and ideally familiar with the industry software "eva/3 viva" from opta data
Openminded and friendly personality with good communication skills
Reliability, teamwork, and flexibility
