    Description

    NUCKOLLS
    is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, bringing passion and dedication. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our industry.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing our current base of 2,000 business clients, expanding our clientele through referrals and leads, as well as supervising a small team in carrying out these tasks.

    You will have the opportunity to excel in the role of Agency Director as you become proficient in our tailored processes and systems while effectively training and guiding your team.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage existing client relationships.
    • Explore new business prospects in the B2B sector.
    • Oversight of team performance and outcomes
    • Provide training and mentorship to new team members on established protocols.
    • Regularly update field activities using our Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruiting, training, and fostering leadership skills
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines consistently.


    Exceptional supervisory and leadership capabilities.·Capacity to prioritize tasks and assign responsibilities appropriately.·Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment.·Passion for assisting individuals and building strong connections.·Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.·Previous experience in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.·A commitment to community engagement.·Proficiency in working with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge preferred).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • A 45-day evaluation period is required before progression
