- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Regularly engage with clients to assess their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and objectives.
- Make proactive decisions on how best to serve our clients and maximize client satisfaction; manage all client complaints.
- Regularly deal with changing priorities and make appropriate decisions on behalf of the company and the customer.
- Liaise with internal teams, including production, quality, and logistics, to ensure client projects are executed smoothly and on schedule.
- Monitor client project progress, client invoices and payments, and proactively address any issues that may arise during production.
- Keep up to date on details of customer organizational structure, products and service agreements.
- Responsible for inventory management for the clients and their products.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to explore potential expansion of services and products to meet client needs.
- Assist in the development of proposals and quotations for additional projects.
- Give quarterly business reviews to the Schwan USA leadership team as to the status of our clients in the market and within the Schwan sales network.
- Handle client concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve any product quality or service-related issues.
- Regularly meet with project management to understand the current status of all new projects as they pertain to the client product portfolio.
- Trouble shoots service, supply and quality issues through plant/functional reviews to provide maximum client satisfaction.
- Prepare and execute conference calls and meetings including follow-up with customers and internal partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, agreements, and project details.
- Generate regular reports on account status, project progress, and sales forecasts.
- Manage the customer and product data in the operational system.
- Monitor and report delivery performance.
- Attend meetings and conference calls with customers.
- 3 – 5 years of Proven experience as an Account Manager or Client Services Manager, in a manufacturing/quality environment. Preferably within the cosmetic manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic manufacturing processes and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM, ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail oriented.
