    Join Our Team as an Account Manager with Great Earning Potential!

    Compensation:

    • Base Pay: $50,000 - $60,000
    • Inclusive of Commission
    • Car Allowance Provided
    • Company Credit Card available
    • Anticipated earnings for the first year: $70,000 - $90,000
    • Potential earnings from the second year onward: $100,000 and above

    Responsibilities

    Summary of Responsibilities: In this crucial role, you will spearhead new business development and nurture enduring partnerships with manufacturing clients, directly impacting the company's expansion and your career advancement.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Initiating contact with manufacturing customers to uncover referrals or lead generation for new business prospects.
    • Devising and executing novel strategies to tap into new markets.
    • Cultivating and fostering long-term customer relationships.

    Sales Strategies and Implementation:

    • Leading negotiations and steering intricate decision-making processes.
    • Preparing and delivering compelling presentations that highlight the company's value proposition.

    Collaboration & Teamwork:

    • Collaborating with the operations team to outline weekly sales strategies.
    • Sharing leads and customer insights with the sales team.

    Follow-Up & Assistance:

    • Ensuring prompt identification, comprehension, and resolution of service-related issues.
    • Providing precise forecasts by reporting to the management with the aid of data.
    • Maintaining a sound grasp of the manufacturing quality and inspection sector.

    Qualifications

    • Job Requirements:
    • Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration
    • 3 Years of prior territorial sales experience desired within a service or manufacturing domain
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills encompassing both verbal and written communication proficiencies
    • Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities
    • Familiarity with relevant software applications
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Flexibility to work as per business demands
    • Demonstrated sales track record in a B2B setting
    • Strong communication and negotiation competencies.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Access to reliable transportation
    • Possession of a valid Driver's License
    • Capability to travel to customer sites at short notice
    • Travel may be necessary
