We have an amazing opportunity for a Nurse Manager on Meyer 7. This Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, is a CARF accredited 18-bed, acute care level unit, that treats a vast array of patient diagnosis. The nurse manager is responsible for onboarding, developing, managing the nursing staff as well as collaborating with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy, providers, pharmacists, social work, case management, and other disciplines to ensure quality patient care. The manager also works closely with administration to ensure all CARF regulations are met and there is a successful CARF accreditation process. They apply advanced knowledge of nursing and management to manage systems of patient care, personnel development, fiscal and unit operations, performance. improvement, and program development and promote innovation and excellence in clinical, service, and team performance.
