- Provide leadership to your team and Manage resources effectively to meet Healthcare business targets.
- Manage Technical resources effectively and maintain focus on Staging Quality configurations for Imaging equipment customer orders
- Ensure receiving, pick & pack orders are being processed timely and accurately within the warehouse.
- Establish best business practices and perform frequent audits to ensure Inventory accuracy in the warehouse meets or exceeds Healthcare target of 99.65%.
- Select Carriers with proven track record for on time and safe deliveries/ Manage air deliveries carefully to control freight costs.
- Develop metrics on logistical data, report monthly on business trends and costs.
- Ensure the warehouse and staging employees are following regulatory guidelines and APL Training requirements are completed timely.
- High school diploma required, some college preferred
- Prefer 5 years related warehouse management experience; experience in distribution, inventory control and loss prevention.
- Must have strong knowledge of SAP, preferably experience with FDA compliance. Logistics, competent in Word and Excel, supervisory experience is required, previous experience in managing within a union environment preferred.
- Experienced Manager working with Union, Administrative & Technical employees in a manufacturing environment.
- Warehouse Manager with experience in Warehouse automation and Inventory location systems.
- Experienced Traffic Manager with many long standing relationships with reputable carriers.
- Proven ability to motivate, develop and shape direct reports to become major contributors to the business.
- Knowledge of freight transportation operations, including hazardous material requirements (US DOT and International Air Transport Association).
- Working knowledge of several Business computer systems including SAP, PKMS & Oracle.
- Trained to manage a facility with C-TPAT certification. Customs- Trade Partnership against Terrorism.

Agfa is looking for a Warehouse Manages join the company.
This position Manages Union, Administrative and Technical employees to receive goods, pick and pack orders for Staging and customers, coordinate Logistics and Transportation, and configures Imaging Equipment to specific customer requirements.
You will manage Healthcare Physical Logistics, Imaging Staging and Customer Returns in North America.This position requires specific focus on Safety and Compliance related to the constant movement of sensitive Medical Equipment using heavy equipment.
This position is responsible for the timely and safe delivery of Agfa Healthcare Imaging and IT Solutions to our customers in North America, LATAM and US Military bases throughout the world.
You will work on continuously improving the quality of customer service, as this is one of many opportunities Agfa gets to impress the customer, by delivering the complete order on time and intact to meet our customers expectations.
This position must provide Leadership to the Warehouse, Administrative and Staging employees to meet or exceed the Healthcare business needs.
