- Support shipping, receiving and warehousing within cGMP guidelines
- Author deviations, change controls, and standard operating procedures within company systems
- Capable of performing, monitoring, and resolving all ERP/WMS transactions supporting
- Ensure a superior level of accuracy and traceability utilizing the inventory management system
- Develop and maintain metrics/KPIs
- Ensure compliance with DOT designated hazardous materials, 49 CFR, and IATA regulations
- Provide performance reviews to direct reports; counsels and disciplines under-performing employees
- Author, approve, and implement SOPs, change controls, and non-conformances
- Ensure compliance with site regulatory and cGMP guidelines as well as company policies
- Supports and maintains costs to budget, rationalizing headcount for department
- Interface with 3rd party contract labor support communicating performance and hourly tracking
- Knowledgeable of the current Code of the Federal Regulations (CFRs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Assist in developing warehouse budget
- Investigating and resolving problems, and identifying and implementing process improvements
- Responsible for managing the training and development of personnel
- Assist in interfacing and relationship development with support departments (QC, QA, Facilities, Development, etc.) to assure goals are met
- Sufficient understanding of process, systems and equipment to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to senior management
- Expert knowledge of electronic quality systems
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
- Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years previous work experience in a cGMP warehouse of which 5 years consisted of supervisory/management experience
- Using a lens of equity in all aspects of patient care delivery, education, and research to promote policies and practices to allow opportunities for all to thrive and reach their potential
- Serving as a role model confronting racist, sexist, or other inappropriate actions by speaking up, challenging exclusionary organizational practices, and standing side-by-side in support of colleagues who experience discrimination

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for directing all maintenance cycles of warehouse materials, equipment, supplies and distribution services. This person will maintain the following job duties all while following the cGMP guidelines. The warehouse manager will be reporting to the Sr. Director of Materials/Logistics.
