- Initiate and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within Volkswagen group and potential partner organizations.
- Work cross-functionally to manage commercial negotiations ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with legal, global supply management, marketing, and finance teams to manage partnerships from inception to contract execution.
- Report on partnership performance to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities in the software-defined vehicle ecosystem.
- 10+ years related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- Experience structuring and negotiating agreements with partners.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally with all levels of management.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Role Summary
As a Strategic Partnerships Lead in Cariad SDV group, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives and contribute to our leadership in the industry. This position requires a results-driven individual who can navigate complex landscapes, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and lead initiatives that drive growth and innovation.

Salary range is dependent on factors such as geographical differentials, credentials or certifications, industry-based experience, qualification and training. In the city of Santa Clara, California, the salary range for this position is $149,600 - $228,100.
