- Oversee the management of the Legendsreceiving, distribution, rotation, and storage of product across all Legends departments
- Maintain inventory, transfer, and delivery of merchandise with a high level of accuracy
- Assist in maintaining an efficient centralized warehousing operation by establishing and overseeing control procedures for inventory control, bulk storage, and distribution of product, equipment, and supplies across all Legends departments
- Oversee and control all products that enter and leave the warehouse to ensure accuracy of transfers and deliveries throughout Legends departments
- Maintain high level of organization across all warehouse areas of responsibility
- Conduct and organize monthly inventories of all warehouse areas
- Comply with established company policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with inventory distribution, warehousing distribution in a high-volume environment preferred.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to learn new programs and procedures quickly.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training.
