- Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food and Good Manufacturing Practices;
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products;
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory counts;
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards;
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees;
- Monitor productivity and performance of warehouse team members and implement strategies for improvement as needed;
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products;
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment;
- Implement measures to reduce waste and optimize warehouse space;
- Utilize inventory management software to track inventory levels and shipments;
- Prepare reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and performance metrics;
- Performs other required tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry;
- Strong leadership and management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- Forklift certification preferred.
