Accounting Manager Responsibilities
Review individual quarterly and annual reporting packages for Managing Directors, Principals, and Vice Presidents that detail investments across all funds at the Firm.
Prepare and review ad hoc financial projects for the Chief Financial Officer and various Managing Directors at the Firm.
Participate in the management of a high-functioning team responsible for quarterly and annual reporting, financial statement preparation, treasury functions, and operations for General Partner entities across the Firm's growth equity, venture capital, fixed income, and public equities platforms.
Assist in the onboarding of new members of the General PartnershipAccounting Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA required
5-7 years of relevant experience
Technical experience with general ledger accounting systems and reporting software and advanced knowledge of MS office products.
A proven ability to interface with external auditors, external tax consultants, financial advisors for partners, firm attorneys, and banking professionals.
