- Continually monitor and enhances layout and space management dictated by incoming donations and multi-use application for the Warehouse as required by all Agency programs.
- Manage stock control: the receipt, storage, display and timely pickup of donated items from distribution partners. Utilizing the Good 360 Client Portal for notification, inventory tracking and costing, pickup scheduling and creating reports both financial and partner agency notifications of items for acquisition.
- Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
- Issue Inventory report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report to Operations Supervisor and COO.
- Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
- Primary sales and cash register/credit card accepting. Transmitting all cash and receipts to accounting as prescribed in Agency policy and procedure.
- Review potential Improvements of warehouse with DO.
- Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse operation with safety and efficiency as priorities.
- Always strives to improve all warehouse operations according to company's objectives.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Identifies issues for assignment to qualified staff or outside vendors for all work related to the general maintenance of HELP buildings.
- Maintains equipment on HELP campus by closely monitoring equipment and completing necessary testing as required. Also maintains accurate records of all maintenance repairs in SYSAID system. Assist with repairs as needed in areas of ability. This will be completed with the direction of the Operations Supervisor.
- Maintain housekeeping of maintenance supply storage areas.
- Understands the use of the facility work order system and can Implement, Trains, and manage when assigned.
- Oversees and provides event coordination, ensures proper scheduling of set up and take down for meetings and events.
- Monitors all buildings to ensure building code requirements are met.
- Works with Operations Supervisor, Directors, and Managers to report problems, and solutions. Provides a weekly status update to Operations Supervisor on any pending project.
- Assist with maintenance to be completed by any outside contractor or vendor when assigned.
- Develops and maintain a relationship with all contractors and vendors ensuring efficient facility operations. This will be accomplished with the Direction of the Operations Coordinator.
- Supervises and assigns jobs accordingly to the staff, WEX, and volunteers.
- Regularly inspects HELP campus with Operations Supervisor for areas of concern and future improvements.
- Serves as a secondary contact for facility related emergencies, which may require evening and weekend work.
- Must pass background check and random drug tests.
- Must have a current Nevada Driver's License and clean DMV report that is required quarterly.
- Certified Forklift License or experience (3 years).
- Three years' non-profit program management experience.

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Reports to: Operations Supervisor
Framing Hope
Purpose: The warehouse/Facilities is responsible for assisting with planning, organizing and controlling the warehouse's over-all operations. The Lead works closely under the direction of the Operations Supervisor to organizes activities, supervises and assign jobs accordingly to the staff, WEX, and volunteers. The Lead oversees stock control, the receipt, storage, display of merchandise, and ensures the timely pickup of goods from donors. The Lead is responsible for keeping updated records of the Warehouse operations by entering data into computer applications.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:
Facilities
Purpose: The FHW Lead is responsible for Identifying maintenance needs for HELP buildings and campus when assisting Facilities Tech. or Operations Supervisor. FHW Lead may assign to assist with tasks related to general maintenance, plumbing, environmental safety and event coordination utilizing the SYSAID platform and local professional vendors. The position requires a team player attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail. FHW Lead has a clear understanding of acceptable business practices in relationship to HELP policies and procedures. The FHW Lead has the ability to collaborate with and support CEO, COO, and Operations Supervisor, Directors, Managers and staff.
