At the location in Leipzig (in the Porsche factory), YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Inspire with technology: Monitoring, control and compliance with all agreed services according to the works contract with the customer; Obtaining offers and providing materials * Take responsibility: Leading a team of approximately 20 employees (m/f/d) including personnel deployment and shift planning; Monitoring and compliance with occupational safety * Analytical approach: Preparation of monthly reporting as well as organization and preparation of regular meetings with the customer YOUR PROFILE * Education: Electrician (m/f/d), Electronics Technician (m/f/d), Plant Mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable qualification * Know-how: Knowledge in technical facility management and general maintenance as well as experience with MS-Office and an ERP system * Experience: In the area of team leadership and customer contact * Availability: In a two-shift system
