Do good at Lafim-Diakonie in Paradise for the elderly.

We are currently seeking a full-time Residential Area Manager (m/f/d) for the Evangelical Senior Center An der Berste, Bersteallee 13 in 15926 Luckau.

This position is a maternity leave replacement.

Our Evangelical Senior Center offers 80 places, including 76 full-time and 4 short-term care places, in 24 single and 21 double rooms.

In addition, our facility has 28 barrier-free apartments for assisted living and a social station. The city center is within walking distance and our own garden invites you to relax.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing, coordinating, and planning staff deployment according to the needs of your residential area.
  • Monitoring the quality of care and providing specialized care for elderly residents.
  • Leading and managing the team in accordance with established guidelines.
