    Gradient is growing fast and we need a part-time Office Manager (25 hours/week) to keep things running smoothly. You'll be the face of our office, welcoming guests and making sure everything's organized and safe. You'll tackle projects to improve how we work.     Responsibilities:

    • Greeting and serving as the first point of contact for all office guests, visitors, and business associates
    • Own all workflows of daily facilities management while proactively planning & implementing internal systems and procedures
    • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required
    • Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
    • Scheduling and coordinating team meetings, lunches, celebrations, and other ad hoc gatherings
    • Coordinate and facilitate company wide & board meetings set up.
    • Ensuring that employees have all necessary resources and supplies to do their best work & providing an outstanding workplace experience for team members
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, juggling priorities effectively.
    • Taking on independent projects to improve operations and processes, increase company productivity, and inform spending decisions and planning
    • Resolving basic computer, office, and conference system equipment problems

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of relevant work experience in operations/office administration or similar
    • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
    • Excellent writing and communication skills
    • Outcome-focused approach to drive projects to completion
    • Adaptable and willing to re-prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing startup environment
    • Demonstrated success working independently with high levels of autonomy over projects
    • Computer savvy and G-Suite proficient, comfortable learning new software
    • Comfortable with ambiguity, eager to learn, and adaptable/comfortable taking on responsibilities even though they may be things you've never done before.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Knowledge of office management and administrative procedures
    • Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    The estimated salary range for this role is $30 – $40 USD per hour. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
