- Handle reimbursement and disbursement of company's funds.
- Preparation of Balance sheets (Mini), account balancing, invoicing recording; all these will be done through the use of the Accounting Software.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required proficiency in basic word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
- One year of relevant office, accounting, or payroll experience
- Two years of experience in payroll processing
- Time-management skills.
- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Personal Computer or Laptop.
