Revenue Management encompasses all administrative and clinical functions that contribute to the capture, management, and collection of patient service revenue.
It involves core business processes that cross administrative, financial and clinical department boundaries. Revenue Management begins and ends with the patient.It is optimized and improved through strategic initiatives that are embraced by leadership and consider organizational strategy, people, process and enabling technologies.
.Our Associate Directors have overall responsibility for project management, client management, solution design, and implementation and generation of engagement results, as well as working with client project leaders and effectively using change management strategies to guide the client through transformation efforts.
+ Building relationships and managing client relationships while growing the Guidehouse portfolio. + Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills both written and oral.The individual must have prior, hands-on responsibility for assessing, planning implementing and directing the transformation of key revenue cycle business processes.
In addition to strong management skills, the candidate should possess a track record of successfully managing high performance, interdisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and achieving measurable performance outcomes.
+ Minimum of 8+ years progressive revenue cycle experience in a provider or a large physician-practice setting + Experience should encompass all aspects of the revenue cycle + Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint + Knowledge of EPIC, Resolute and bolt on technology + Excellent oral/written communications skills + Qualitative/quantitative analytical skills + Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time + Demonstrated ability to work independently + Strong project management experience + Bachelor's Degree from accredited University or College What Would Be Nice To Have : + Revenue Cycle consulting experience + Experience with consolidated services, including revenue cycle, call centers and other corporate services in healthcare or other industries + Master's degree, MHA or MBA +Revenue Cycle Certification:
Certified Healthcare Financial Professional, Certified Healthcare Access + Manager, Registered Health Information Administrator The annual salary range for this position is $122,400.
