- The HR Admin will file and scan miscellaneous paperwork as needed.
- The HR Admin will process new hire paperwork.
- The HR Admin will undertake multiple special projects.
- The HR Admin will use Excel spreadsheets to keep track of processes and candidates.
- The HR Admin will take on other responsibilities as assigned.
- The HR Admin must be self-motivated, positive in approach, and professional, and help create, develop, and implement project process improvement(s).
- The HR Admin must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners.
- The HR Admin must be able to act as the Company liaison for interface with customer representative(s).
- The HR Admin must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively read and write.
- The HR Admin must have the ability to learn Company computer system(s).
- The HR Admin must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information.
- The HR Admin must be able to work independently.
- Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
- Must possess a minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience in telecommunications or related technical field.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
