    Job Description:

    As a Front Desk Representative at Elevation Academy, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide Information: Answer inquiries about our coaching programs, services, and scheduling with accuracy and enthusiasm.
    • Manage Appointments: Schedule coaching sessions, consultations, and appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of our coaches' time.
    • Handle Phone Calls and Emails: Respond promptly to phone calls and emails, addressing client concerns and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
    • Maintain Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and visually appealing, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
    • Process Payments: Collect payments for services rendered, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
    • Assist with Administrative Tasks: Support administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents as needed.
    • Resolve Issues: Address client concerns or complaints effectively, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to finding satisfactory solutions.

    Requirements:
