We are looking for a Care Advisor (d/m/w) for our Homecare-Eldercare team in the Marlton, NJ area, starting on 03/01/2024.

This is a permanent part-time position with a weekly workload of 20 hours.


Your responsibilities:

  • Providing care advice as part of the Homecare-Eldercare team
  • Consulting and referral services for all questions related to care needs, illness, and disability
  • Advising on home care options (care services, supplementary services, care aids)
  • Advising on senior living options
  • Planning and conducting expert presentations on care needs

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training in nursing or elderly care, or as a social insurance specialist according to the Nursing or Elderly Care Act
  • Further training as a care advisor according to § 7a SGB XI or a completed university or technical college degree in social pedagogy/social work
  • Knowledge of SGB V and XI
  • Experience in giving expert presentations and trainings
  • Willingness to provide consultations in the late afternoon or evening
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Friendly and dedicated personality
  • Teamwork, selfresponsibility, reliability
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
