On behalf of a nursing facility, we are looking for a Head of Social Care (m/f/d) for immediate placement in Frankfurt through
direct placement.

You will convince our client as a

Your responsibilities:


  • Planning and organizing social care activities for residents or clients
  • Coordinating schedules and resources for events and programs
  • Leading and motivating the social care team
  • Conducting needs analyses to understand the individual needs of residents or clients
  • Developing customized care plans for holistic support

Your qualifications:


  • Comprehensive education or degree in the social field, ideally with a focus on social work, social pedagogy, or a similar discipline
  • Several years of experience in social care, preferably in a leadership position
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of care activities
  • Management skills, including resource planning and quality assurance
