- Ability to effectively communicate with collectors via telephone, email, and online chat
- Understand the collector community/passion and provide best resolution for fan collectors; ability to de-escalate, take ownership and provide outstanding service with every interaction.
- Ability to effectively manage multi support systems
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products and processes.
- Identify and accurately call out potential trends and consumer concerns.
- Understanding knowledge of collector brands- Transformers, Star Wars, Marvel, etc.
- SAP knowledge a plus
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly developed ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of PC and Mac
- Ambitious with ability to prioritize strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a faced-paced environment/ learn and adapt quickly in a demanding customer service environment
- Ability to accurately assess the entire situation to make an informed decision
- Minimum of 3-years in a contact center environment preferred
- Associates degree preferred or a combination of some college and equivalent work experience.
