Job Description - Customer Service:
This position is responsible for interfacing with the customer base and distributors, invoicing, and international shipping.
While working inside of a 3 person team, the right person will have a positive, team oriented attitude to come to work every day and work to ensuring every customer's needs are met that day.
This process includes:
- Answer 1215 phone calls per day;
- Fulfill customer quotation and product availability requests;
- Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner in order to encourage positive business relationships;
- Resolve all customer requests and where needed, involve sales, product management, and production;
- Invoice all shipped orders;
- Schedule international shipments and file customs forms.
Qualifications:
- Strong phone skills and are required;
- Strong computer skills are required;
- Experience with Netsuite is a plus;
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word preferred;
- Experience shipping domestically and internationally is a positive.
Pay:
$40, $45,000.00 per year
