Client's business problem to solve? For more than 30 years, our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team has implemented the processes and technologies for our clients that bring about real transformation for customers of all sizes.

Our end-to-end administrative services help streamline operations, improve productivity and strengthen cash flow to help our customers stay competitive and improve member satisfaction

Start Date:
Middle to end of May

Pay Rate:
$20/hour

Remote, however you will be required to come into office day 1 to obtain equipment and setup.
8 weeks training on camera is required

In these roles you will be responsible for:

Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.
Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call
Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers.
Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed.
Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.

Requirements for this role include:

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider (hospital/doctor's office)
Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.

Pay:
$20.00 per hour
